Flexible modeling and dynamics simulation of four-bar beating-up system with clearance

چکیده
To explore the actual working characteristic of beating-up mechanism on looms, Step function is adopted to convert resistance an equivalent torque acting rocking shaft, and a new method calculating simulating hereby raised. In accordance with two-state joint clearance, paper establishes double-side model four-bar system in clearance status via ADAMS/View software, under consideration both flexible deformation conditions, contact simulation motion different clearances (0.01∼0.12 mm) achieved. The main findings are as follows: condition could be reflected more accurately if component flexibility included into computing; from perspective impact sley moving loads, 0.08 mm obviously less then another three (0.01 mm, 0.04 0.12 mm); multi-point collision peak load greater than 4000 N existed connecting rod bearing 0∼350 Hz low frequency area, which likely exacerbate wear fatigue rupture bearing; dynamic shock shaft loom frame far that crankshaft, indicating carrier for delivering power; compared generated by 0.01 obvious greater. addition, condition, transverse vibration occurred crankshaft due deviation its centroid trajectory, detrimental noise reduction system. On basis work, number viewpoints theoretical practical significance provided design clearance.
